From the moment I placed my order, Tori was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her communication was incredibly prompt, warm, and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Tori truly delivers it.
The quality of the tennis necklace itself is outstanding. It is beautifully made, feels luxurious, and sparkles brilliantly. I ordered the 2mm version and was pleasantly surprised by how well it sits. I tried it on and when worn correctly, I experienced no flipping issues at all.
The only reason I had to return my original necklace was because I ordered the wrong length for myself. Even then, Tori made the exchange process completely seamless. She was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout, even when I accidentally caused some confusion by not clarifying which replacement size I had ultimately decided on. Despite my mistake, she handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
It’s clear that Tori genuinely cares about both her products and her customers, and that level of service makes all the difference.
I’m still waiting for my replacement necklace to arrive, so I’ll leave a separate review once I’ve had the chance to wear it. That said, based on the quality of the first necklace and my experience with Tori, I already know I’m going to absolutely love it.
