PRODUCT MATERIALS
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
For the majority of our pieces, we use high-quality, hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver and 18k gold or rhodium plating. We also have solid gold options available in 9/14/18k at your request. Our stones are ethical lab-grown moissanite or lab-grown diamonds. Read our Jewellery Guide
What is moissanite? How is it different from diamonds?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its brilliant sparkle and durability. It’s more affordable than diamonds and nearly as hard - making it a perfect, ethical alternative.
What’s the difference between moissanite and cubic zirconia (CZ) or crystal?
Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone with exceptional brilliance, fire, and durability—second only to diamonds on the hardness scale. Cubic zirconia and crystal are softer, less durable, and tend to lose their sparkle over time. Moissanite offers a more premium, lasting alternative that closely resembles the look and feel of a real diamond.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes! All our pieces are made with hypoallergenic metals, perfect for sensitive skin.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our sterling silver pieces are coated to reduce tarnishing. With proper care, they will maintain their shine for years.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I customize a piece?
Yes! We specialize in custom moissanite and lab diamond jewellery. Share your vision, and we’ll help bring it to life.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom pieces usually take 4–6 weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on complexity and location.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! Engraving is available on many of our pieces. Contact us to check if it’s possible for your chosen item.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping times and fees may vary based on location.
How long does processing take?
We stock a number of ready-to-ship items which usually dispatch within 2–4 business days. Some of our lines are made to order which takes approximately 2 weeks and we allow 4–6 weeks for custom orders.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Custom pieces are final sale. Read full return policy
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Contact us for repair options if something goes wrong and where possible we will repair the item or replace it.

Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll handwrite it for you.
