Processing Times

We offer three types of orders, each with different processing times:

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order pieces: Please allow 7–14 business days before dispatch
• Custom pieces: Handcrafted especially for you — please allow 4–6 weeks for production

Shipping Rates

We offer tracked shipping on all orders, both within the UK and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free UK Shipping

Orders over £150 qualify for free tracked UK delivery (applied automatically at checkout).

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are set by your local government.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. While delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control, we’ll always do our best to support you and find a solution.
