When you place an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order — but it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party providers. We never store your full payment details.

4. Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and whether your item is made-to-order or ready to ship. Any customs duties or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Non-returnable items include earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom/personalised pieces.
  • Damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

All custom orders are final sale. By placing a custom order, you confirm all personalisation details are correct. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
