OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalised pieces, or resized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery.
